Pricing
The prices apply per item (excluding VAT), ex works, excluding packaging, as per the current price list from March 2022.
Discounts
For a total order value (excluding joints and excluding VAT) per order:
- CHF 200.00 and up: 10% discount
- CHF 300.00 and up: 15% discount
- CHF 600.00 and up: 20% discount
- CHF 1,200.00 and up: 25% discount
- CHF 2,500.00 and up: 30% discount
Small quantity surcharges
For small orders, the processing costs often exceed the value of the order. It is unfortunately necessary to pass on these costs to the customer.
CHF 10.00 for an order value below CHF 50.00
Delivery times
We generally ship directly from our warehouse if the green text “In stock” appears in the shopping cart.
Our rush service can ship orders of in-stock parts on the same day if the order is received by 4:00 p.m.. Additional shipping costs apply in this case. Please always submit rush orders by telephone.

For cost reasons, it is not possible to accept returns for parts with a total value of less than CHF 50.
